Terja Lange is a recipient of the World Education Congress 2018 50 Women in Education Leaders award. She has presented at over 50 different conferences on expansive areas of IT usability. She has a vision to serve the society by molding aspiring IT professionals, along with mentoring existing practitioners to upgrade their knowledge.
Her proven track record in the industry has seen her hold technical IT leadership positions in various organisations including in education, Government agencies and the Private sector. Terja has over 30 years of core IT experience, the breadth of which extends to negotiating systems, taking on challenging networking demands and disaster recovery.
Terja is currently engaged in education with her focus to provide undergraduates with the widest possible range of experiences, as well as managing world class resources for primary and secondary school students.
While she firmly believes that we need to harness the collective intelligence of all, Terja is particularly inspired to facilitate the development of young females across the globe. This extends to equipping them to meet the challenges that will arise in our future world, including the exciting prospect posted by the Mars one project.
