Rebecca Dao, Deputy Principal, Ingleburn Public School

Rebecca Dao is an educator with over 18 years experience.  She has worked across state education systems – in both mainstream and special education.  Rebecca has led specialist teams interstate in developing specific professional development opportunities for staff to enhance inclusive practice. She has presented at several state and national conferences. 
Rebecca has introduced the pedagogy of Universal Design Learning at Ingleburn Public School, establishing entrepreneurial partnerships and driving future focussed learning, incorporating the latest technology with flexible open learning spaces. Rebecca works across systems to develop the capacity and skill sets of teachers and leaders in Public Schools NSW to become practitioner researchers, utilising evidence-based practices to address contextually relevant learning issues. 
Rebecca is a passionate leader in revolutionising education in order to develop resilient, empathetic, active lifelong learners inspiring tomorrow’s youth.
