Maria Pedavoli is a secondary educator with over 30 years experience. For the past 20 years her focus has been in Career Development and Pathway Transitioning and Vocational Education with a passion and emphasis on achieving results in both personal and professional arenas. Her professional and personal interests lie in career development, continued learning and seeking balance in work/life areas. She works closely with students, parents and local business with a vision to further promote civic engagement as well as develop opportunities for those disadvantaged in the local community.
In the tradition of the College motto ‘To never see a need without doing something about it’, Maria has responded to the complex needs of its increasing refugee families with approaches that cater to the needs of the community that facilitate best practice and positive outcomes for post school options.
A strong advocate for personal growth and development, Maria challenges both students and colleagues to step outside the box and take a different approach to traditional thinking. Maria currently is the Coordinator of Learning; Pathways and Partnerships incorporating Careers and Vocational Education.
