Malcolm is the president of the Australian Primary Principals Association (APPA), having commenced in that role at the beginning of 2019.
Prior to that he was president of the Tasmanian Principals Association 2015 – 2018.
He has been a member of the National Advisory Council of the Australian Primary Principals Association; a member of the Australian Government Primary Principals Association National Council; and a member of the Board of the Australian Secondary Principals Association.
Malcolm holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education from the University of Tasmania.
He cares deeply about leadership development and support and has an interest in lifeload and lifeflow.
He has been a teacher for 37 years.
