Ajoy has 20+ years experience in cyber security and IT governance. He has held permanent and interim cyber security leadership positions in organisations across a range of industries including: government administration, law enforcement/intelligence, banking and finance and consultancy. He recently served as the interim CISO of Insurance & Care NSW (icare) where he was responsible for safely enabling icare’s cloud-only strategy, the first for a NSW Government agency. He currently serves as the interim CISO for The Smith Family, a national, independent children's charity helping disadvantaged Australians to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves.
In 2016 Ajoy was appointed by the Governor of NSW to the Board of St John Ambulance, serving the homes, workplaces and public gatherings of NSW.
